3MCs Double IPA

9.8% ABV

We created this giant Double IPA using pound after pound of “M” and “C” hops and a towering amount of Pilsner malt to get the cleanest, crispest body and topped it off with a hard-charging, clean burning yeast. All of that sits on a 9.8% ABV body that cuts through the hops and brings the bitter out in a slow, sustained symphony.

Ulysses Mocha Porter

5.7% ABV

We took the classic, roasted flavors from a dark European porter and combined them with cocoa nibs, cold brewed coffee and creamy lactose to create this full bodied beer redolent with deep coffee, chocolate, raisin and roasted notes.

1805 IPA

Old world meets new world with this combination of American hops and barley with a European yeast. The Centennial hops produce a citrus and orange aroma combined with a light, drinkable body and a delicate, lacy head. Pine, resin and grass notes finish on the palate with a mild maltiness and a restrained bitter.

7.3% ABV

We layered an insane dose of ginger with a combination of other spices to build a deep, entrancing spicy nose that just goes and goes and goes. Below that, we crafted a deep, caramel flavored malt note and backed it up with just enough hop bitterness and aroma to bring the whole beer together. It plants itself solidly in the Winter Warmer territory by topping out 7.3% ABV but it stays a remarkably drinkable beer even at that size.

Our Oktoberfest is a traditional German Marzen Lager – cold-conditioned for 6 weeks to create a smooth, drinkable festival beer. A hefty load of caramel malt notes lead to a lingering, sweet finish in the classic Marzen style while the tiniest touch of sulfur at the end brings the whole package together and ensures a beer that will pair well with sausages of any stripe.

Sun Kissed Wheat

We started with a giant dose of wheat, a tiny smattering of hops and a classic American Hefeweizen yeast – to match those mild notes we brought along a huge helping of citrus peel and coriander. What comes through the dense, pillowy head is a light, sweet, wheat beer with a mild maltiness, a short bitter and a delightful hint of orange, spice, clove and banana to round out the beer.

We crafted this beer as the more accessible little brother to 3 MC’s with a similar hop and grain bill and using the same yeast. A sly, mild bitter sits on tops of a dry, crisp pale ale and the giant hop notes reach out to bite you – dominated by those California notes of mango, grapefruit, passion fruit and backed by classic pine and resin it’s a hop lover’s paradise.

White Elephant Ohio Pilsner

4.7% ABV

The Germans have as many variations on the Pilsner as we do on the IPA and this one is a real classic – designed to conform to the Reinheitsgebot this Pilsner starts bitter and finishes clean. The all-German malt bill and all-German hops combine to create a beer as close to Germany as you can get without getting on a plane.

Bison Imperial Stout

It pours like motor oil, tastes like heaven. A stout crafted for dark beer lovers – redolent with chocolate, coffee, roasted marshmallow and prune and with a winey twist in the nose. Sit back and smell it all in before tasting the thick body, matching sweet and bitter with just enough carbonation to bring all the thick, chewy roasted notes together.

Galactic Heroes IPA

To honor one of our favorite bands operating in one of our favorite genres of music we created the happiest beer we could imagine. Erupting with West Coast IPA notes of grapefruit, juicy orange and lemon, this towering beer lays it down thick and heavy without being a palate wrecker. With a subtle balance of sweet and alcohol to balance out all the hop notes it’ll put a big old smile on everyone’s face.

Tenpenny Amber

5.4% ABV

Our house Amber Ale, Tenpenny Ale balances sweet, caramel malt with a mildly bitter, fragrant hop nose. Underneath those flavors lurks a powerhouse yeast that contributes the classic ale ester profile rather than the too clean flavors in modern beer. Tenpenny Ale is unpasteurized and never filtered, it’s beer the way it was intended to be.
